Kenneth Maruyama
Kenneth Maruyama is an architect, development executive, and Principal at IXB with more than 20 years of experience spanning architecture, construction, and urban development. His career includes senior technical and project leadership roles at Skidmore, Owings & Merrill, Optima, Inc., Thomas Roszak Architecture, and Lendlease. He has contributed to landmark projects including the Burj Khalifa and Tianjin CTF Finance Centre and has led complex developments in Chicago and beyond. At IXB, Kenneth brings a rare combination of design expertise, technical construction knowledge, and development leadership, guiding projects from concept through execution. He holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Virginia Tech and is a Licensed Architect in Illinois and a LEED Accredited Professional.
